AbbVie Inc. is seeking an Associate Director of Regulatory Affairs US Advertising and Promotion–Oncology to set strategy and lead cross-functional therapeutic teams across our oncology portfolio.

This role integrates global marketplace insights with regulatory guidance to drive multidivisional initiatives and optimize promotional activities. The candidate will supervise budgets, coordinate with Medical, Marketing, Regulatory, Legal and Public Affairs, and advance complex processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science required; advanced degrees preferred.
• 8+ years of pharmaceutical experience; oncology ad promo experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of regulatory advertising and promotion regulations.
• Experience working in a complex, matrix environment.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

Responsabilités

• Set strategy and lead cross-functional, multidisciplinary teams and multidivisional initiatives.
• Maintain and evaluate productivity metrics to project business needs.
• Coordinate with Medical, Marketing, Regulatory, Legal and Public Affairs stakeholders.
• Assist in department budgeting and communicate financial needs.
• Analyze issues/trends affecting business and identify cross-organization opportunities.
• Oversee day-to-day operations when Director is unavailable and drive departmental initiatives.
• Mentor staff and promote performance, results and development.
• Deliver strategic presentations for senior management.
