Job summary

AbbVie Inc. is seeking an Associate Director of Regulatory Affairs US Advertising and Promotion in Immunology. The role leads cross-functional teams, guides sponsored promotional activities, and aligns them with global regulatory expectations.

3 days in office and 2 days remote from multiple U.S. locations. The role requires deep knowledge of advertising regulations, extensive pharma experience, and strong leadership to drive complex initiatives across Medical, Marketing, Regulatory and Legal

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in science required.
Master's degree or PhD preferred.
8+ years pharmaceutical experience with a Bachelor's; 5+ years with PharmD plus ad promo experience.
Solid understanding of regulatory advertising and promotion regulations.

Responsibilities

Set strategy and lead cross-functional, multidisciplinary teams and multidivisional initiatives.
Maintain productivity metrics to project current and future needs.
Communicate with Medical, Marketing, Regulatory, Legal and Public Affairs counterparts.
Assist budget management and communicate budgetary needs to Operations and Finance.
Identify cross-organization opportunities using global marketplace and technology knowledge.
Develop and deliver strategic presentations for senior management.
