AbbVie in the United States seeks an Associate Director, Regulatory Affairs US Advertising and Promotion - Immunology. This role leads cross-functional teams and sets strategy for complex regulatory ads and promotions in immunology.

You will oversee regulatory submissions, guide global marketplace decisions, mentor staff, and partner with Medical, Marketing, Regulatory, Legal and Public Affairs to ensure compliant campaigns. This hybrid position involves 3 days in office at AbbVie locations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in science required; Master’s/PhD or PharmD preferred.
• 8+ years pharmaceutical experience for Associate Director with ad promo focus.
• Solid understanding of regulatory advertising and promotion regulations.
• Experience in a complex matrix environment; strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Set strategy and lead cross-functional teams for immunology advertising and promotion.
• Maintain productivity metrics and justify budgetary needs.
• Coordinate with Medical, Marketing, Regulatory, Legal and Public Affairs.
• Oversee operations and day-to-day activities in absence of the Director.
• Mentor staff, recognize performance, and drive development.
• Develop and deliver strategic presentations for senior management.
• Identify process improvements and lead related initiatives.
• Work a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote) from AbbVie locations.
