Job summary

AbbVie Inc. in the United States is seeking an Associate Director, Regulatory Affairs US Advertising and Promotion-Oncology to set strategy and lead cross-functional teams across Medical, Marketing, Regulatory, Legal and Public Affairs.

You will oversee complex processes, budget management and multidivisional initiatives with a hybrid work schedule (3 days in office, 2 remote) from locations including South San Francisco, Mettawa, Florham Park or Irvine.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in science required; 8+ years pharma exp; regulatory ad/promo knowledge essential
• Oncology exp preferred; strong communication and leadership skills are needed
• Experience in a complex, matrix environment with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Set strategy and lead cross-functional/multidisciplinary oncology teams for US Advertising and Promotion
• Maintain productivity metrics and budget oversight
• Align with Medical, Marketing, Regulatory, Legal and Public Affairs stakeholders to drive compliant campaigns
• Develop and deliver strategic presentations for senior management
