AbbVie Inc. in the United States seeks an Associate Director, Regulatory Affairs US Advertising and Promotion - Immunology. You will set strategy, lead cross-functional teams, and drive multidivisional initiatives in immunology advertising and promotion.

You will analyze trends, manage budgets, and liaise with Medical, Marketing, Regulatory, Legal and Public Affairs to ensure compliant, strategic outcomes. The role requires a strong background in regulatory advertising and promotion, with 8+

Competenze

• Minimum bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in science is required.
• Master’s, Ph.D or Pharm D preferred for advanced responsibilities.

Mansioni

• Make decisions and plans for operations within area of responsibility with minimal direction.
• Sets strategy and leads cross-functional/multidisciplinary therapeutic teams and multidivisional initiatives.
• Maintains and evaluates productivity metrics to project current and future business needs.
• Aligns and maintains communication with Medical, Marketing, Regulatory, Legal and Public Affairs counterparts; identifies process improvements and leads initiatives.
• Assists in budget management and communicates budgetary needs to Finance.
• Collects and analyzes issues/trends affecting the business to identify cross-organization opportunities.
• Operates independently, consults senior staff when needed; oversees day-to-day operations in absence of Director.
• Encourages innovation and mentors staff for performance and development.
• Exhibits understanding of regulations governing advertising and promotion; leverages industry knowledge.
• Develops and implements complex processes and delivers strategic presentations for senior management.
