Lead deployments of AI conversational agents and real-time recommendations, and oversee an advanced optimization framework to continuously test and scale complex web experiences, driving engagement and ROI.

Qualifications

• Minimum eight years of digital marketing experience focused on web personalization, A/B testing, and CRO.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, IT, analytics, or related field preferred.
• Proven track record delivering real-time, AI-powered personalized web experiences with measurable revenue impact.
• Strong stakeholder management and strategic technology advisory capabilities.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise web personalization roadmap and real-time content experiences.
• Lead deployment of AI agents and real-time recommendation engines on the site.
• Oversee an optimization framework using machine learning for testing and scaling complex experiences.
• Evolve the personalization ecosystem by evaluating platforms and integrating new AI capabilities.
• Partner with data teams to build dynamic audience segments triggering site experiences.
• Establish KPIs and report on impact to engagement, pipeline, and digital ROI.
