Qualifications

• Ten+ years in AI/ML/analytics with Generative AI, LLM tuning, and enterprise-scale AI.
• Master's degree or MBA preferred; Bachelor's in CS/Data Science/Engineering required.
• Experience defining enterprise AI strategy and roadmap.
• Leadership in building and scaling AI/ML teams.
• Expertise in AI governance, ethics, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the long-term AI solution strategy and value proposition.
• Be single point of accountability for stakeholders and customers.
• Collaborate with sales, alliances, and customer success to drive adoption.
• Engage customers during demos, roadmap presentations, and escalations.
• Own P&L, scale-up, and KPI oversight for AI portfolio.
