Job summary

Sanofi in Cambridge, MA is seeking an Associate Director of Forecasting for Rare Disease. You will lead end-to-end forecasting activities for in-line and launch programs, collaborating with Commercial, Finance, Market Access, and Analytics teams to deliver accurate short- and long-range sales projections.

The role blends advanced modeling, data analysis, and strategic insights, mentoring junior staff and ensuring forecasts align with global guidance and brand plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 3–5 years in pharma/biotech forecasting or equivalent consulting.
• Experience in rare disease forecasting is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of IQVIA data sources and payer environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and communicate accurate forecasts for annual planning, mid-term updates, and monthly rolling forecasts.
• Coordinate with Finance and forecasters to harmonize forecasts across assets and functions.
• Provide end-of-month analyses (price, volume, demand, inventory) with Analytics & Finance.
• Deliver monthly performance updates to Commercial leadership and align with global guidance.
• Enhance models for in-line and launch products; plan forecast inputs with Market Research.
• Mentor junior team members on Sanofi processes and data.
