Job summary

Sanofi Inc. in Cambridge, MA seeks an Associate Director of Forecasting for Rare Disease to lead short- and long‑range sales forecasts, collaborating with Commercial, Finance, Market Access and Analytics to deliver timely, data‑driven insights for in‑line and launch programs.

You will own forecasting models, coordinate with cross‑functional partners, mentor junior staff, and ensure alignment with Global guidance to support strategic decisions and resource planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MS, MD, PhD) preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech forecasting; relevant consulting experience may also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Commercial, Finance and cross-functional partners to develop, document, and communicate accurate forecasts for annual Strategic Planning & Budget cycles, mid-term updates, and monthly rolling forecasts.
• Coordinate with Finance and forecasters in other therapeutic areas to harmonize forecast deliverables across assets and functions.
• Provide end-of-month closing deliverables (price/volume, demand/inventory analyses) and monthly updates to leadership.
• Support model enhancements to reflect brand strategy and market inputs (segmentation, patient flow).
• Plan and design studies with Market Research to inform demand forecasting inputs.
