Job summary

Alfasigma USA, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Forecasting for our Rare Disease team (Intercept subsidiary). This hybrid role reports to the VP, Analytics & Operations and requires 3-4 on-site days in Morristown, NJ.

You will own inline and pipeline demand forecasting, partner with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Legal, and drive continuous forecasting improvements. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in biotech/pharma, strong forecasting and data analysis skills, and a proven ability to

Qualifications

10+ years in biotech/pharma or related consulting.
Forecasting experience required; launches for specialty products preferred.
Experience with patient-level and syndicated data.
Strong communication of complex analyses to leadership.
Ability to work onsite in Morristown, NJ 3-4 days/week.
Light travel (~5%)
Excellent project management and prioritization skills.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Marketing, Market Research, Sales and FP&A to gather forecast inputs.
Build and manage an assumption-driven demand forecast process.
Track forecast accuracy and drive model improvements.
Report forecast outputs, risks and oportunidades to senior leadership.
Support launch activities and post-launch tracking.
Serve as forecasting SME and internal resource.
Ensure compliance with legal and privacy requirements in forecasting.
