The successful candidate will build and apply QSP models, integrate data across biology and pharmacology, and partner with biologists, clinicians, and data scientists

Qualifications

• PhD in a quantitative field with experience in mathematical and statistical methods.
• 2+ years in pharma/life sciences applying QSP to drug discovery or development.
• Experience with modelling theory, numerical methods, ODEs, and parameter estimation.
• Programming experience in MATLAB, SimBiology, Julia, Python, or C/C++.

Responsibilities

• Build and utilize QSP models of biological, physiological, and pathophysiological processes to evaluate disease and therapies.
• Collaborate with biologists, clinicians, clinical pharmacologists, QSP and nonclinical modelers to inform research programs.
• Lead disease-area QSP efforts with expertise in pathophysiology, biomarkers, and clinical endpoints.
• Serve as QSP modelling and simulation lead on project teams, supporting study design and interpretation.
