Job summary

GSK is seeking a Quantitative Systems Pharmacologist Lead to drive end-to-end model-informed drug development within CPQM. You will champion mechanistic modeling, QSP/QST integration, and collaboration with clinicians, biologists, and statisticians to inform development decisions.

The role emphasizes leadership in strategy for disease areas, use of ML and inverse problem techniques, and interaction with senior stakeholders to advance R&D objectives.

Qualifications

• PhD, MD, or PharmD with mechanistic modeling experience.
• 7+ years in mechanistic modeling, inverse problems, or scientific ML.
• Experience with cross-functional stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of mechanistic QSP/QST models for disease and drug development.
• Coordinate QSP/QST strategies across disease areas and programs.
• Collaborate with biologists, clinicians, pharmacometricians, statisticians and imaging experts.
