Job summary

Stream Realty Partners in Dallas seeks an Associate Director of Property Management to lead the PM team and drive superior operational and financial performance across a growing portfolio. The role oversees staff development, client relationships, and budget-driven decisions, with responsibility for onboarding, training, and strategic initiatives in collaboration with the Director of Property Management.

The position emphasizes strong communication, SOC I procedures, and a client-first approach

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of commercial property management experience.
• CPM, RPA designation preferred or in progress.
• Proven leadership at GM/VP level with staff development.
• Strong financial acumen; experience with monthly owner packages.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop property management teams; mentor PMs and Senior PMs.
• Provide guidance on day-to-day and complex PM issues.
• Ensure audits and action plans; uphold performance standards.
• Manage budgets, CAM reconciliations, and vendor contracts.
• Lead onboarding, training, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Maintain strong client relations and lead business development.
