Job summary

Stream Realty Partners in Denver is seeking an Associate Director of Property Management to lead the Property Management team and drive superior operational and financial results across a growing portfolio. You will mentor managers, oversee budgets, and ensure compliance with SOC I and Stream standards.

The role requires 10+ years of commercial property management, strong leadership, and fluency with industry software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 10+ years of commercial property management experience.
• Leadership at GM or VP level with proven staff development.
• Financial acumen; experience preparing monthly owner packages.
• Experience creating and executing annual operating and capital budgets.
• Experience reconciling tenant CAM expenses.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong relationships with coworkers, clients, and vendors.
• Proficiency with real estate software (Yardi/MRI/Kardin/AvidXchange/IMPAK) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and develop property management teams.
• Provide guidance on day-to-day property management issues and audits.
• Oversee budgets, CAM reconciliations, and owner reporting.
• Ensure SOC I procedures and contract compliance are followed.
• Coordinate vendor contracts, inspections, and capital projects.
• Lead onboarding and staff development; support business development.
• Maintain positive client relations and Stream culture.
