Job summary

Stream Realty Partners is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in Dallas to support daily property operations, tenant relations, and vendor coordination. You will assist in budgeting, invoicing, and reporting while ensuring compliance with leases and owner expectations.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask across multiple properties within a growing portfolio in the Dallas area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 2+ years of Commercial Property Management experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication with tenants/vendors.
• Experience using real estate software (Yardi or MRI, Kardin, AvidXchange, IMPAK or similar).
• Basic accounting knowledge.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Assist Property Managers in daily operations and tenant relations.
• Coordinate with vendors and service contracts; ensure compliance.
• Review invoices and coding for accuracy.
• Assist in annual budgeting and operating expenses.
• Support in monthly reporting and owner needs.
• Plan and coordinate tenant events with management team.
