Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of relevant program management experience with 2+ years of people management.
• Experience working with data science, engineering, and analytics teams.
• Ability to design and optimize project management ecosystems.
• Proven change management in adopting new workflows.
• Experience managing complex technical projects from inception to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle of large-scale survey research, data, and analytics programs.
• Design and implement standardized workflows and tools to track performance and mitigate risks.
• Bridge between data science, polling, and analytics teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Manage client communications, align tasks with shifting priorities, and report status.
• Lead and mentor a team of project managers to drive operational excellence.
• Lead internal stand-ups and client check-ins with clear agendas and action items.
• Monitor team bandwidth and forecast resources to prevent bottlenecks.
• Partner with leadership to translate business goals into operational realities.
