MSD in Rahway, NJ seeks an Associate Director for Oncology Insights and Engagement - Precision Medicine within the Digital Human Health (DHH) Global Oncology Marketing Engagement team to lead data-driven insights and cross‑functional delivery.

You will partner with US and Global marketing, translate business needs into analytical plans, and quarterback end-to-end capabilities with IT, data science, and market research to inform precision medicine strategy.

Qualifications

• Act as a key contact for US and Global Precision Medicine Marketing teams.
• Translate business needs into structured analytical plans and hypotheses.
