Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
• 10+ years of experience in advanced analytics, data science, or predictive modeling.
• Experience with patient-level healthcare data sets (claims, EHR/EMR, Rx data).
• Ability to productize analytics into scalable data products or modular capabilities.
• Strong data visualization skills and ability to translate data into business insights.
• Demonstrated leadership across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of predictive patient analytics models and products.
• Architect and build scalable, modular analytics products adaptable across brands.
• Oversee data visualizations and storytelling for stakeholders.
• Partner with Commercial Tech, Market Engagement, and Brand teams to ensure data governance and quality.
• Mentor data professionals and establish best practices for patient analytics.
