Job summary

Merck seeks an Associate Director for Oncology Insights and Engagement - Precision Medicine within the Digital Human Health (DHH) Global Oncology Marketing Engagement team. You will lead data-driven insights and orchestrate end-to-end delivery of DHH and IT capabilities to support precision medicine priorities.

You will collaborate with US and Global teams, translate business needs into analytical plans, and communicate findings to inform executive decision making and market shaping.

Qualifications

5+ years in marketing, data insights and analytics in pharma/healthcare.
Experience mining claims/EMR data to derive actionable insights.
Storytelling and executive presence with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

Act as a strategic partner to US and Global Precision Medicine Marketing teams.
Develop structured analytical plans and hypotheses to answer business questions.
Communicate advanced analytics to stakeholders to inform decisions.
Own analytics strategy and roadmap for precision medicine, applying AI.
Lead cross-functional insights teams across DHH and IT functions.
