Job summary

Merck & Co. is seeking an Associate Director for Oncology Insights and Engagement - Precision Medicine within the Digital Human Health (DHH) Global Oncology Marketing Engagement team.

You will lead data-driven insights and coordinate end-to-end delivery of DHH and IT capabilities to inform precision medicine strategy. The role partners with US and Global marketing, analyzes diverse data sources including claims and EMR, and applies AI-enabled analytics to shape asset development and launches.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in marketing, data insights and analytics in pharma/healthcare.
• Knowledge mining of claims/EMR data for actionable insights.
• Strategic thinking with ability to synthesize primary/secondary data into business decisions.
• Independent, proactive mindset with strong stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic partner to US and Global Precision Medicine Marketing teams.
• Develop analytical plans and hypotheses to answer business questions with actionable insights.
• Translate advanced analytics for executive decision making and business impact.
• Quarterback end-to-end delivery of DHH and IT capabilities, including AI-enabled insights and digital products.
