Qualifications

• Graduate degree in a related field is required.
• Experience designing and delivering student development programs is required.
• Experience advising or mentoring students in STEM or pre-health pathways is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Designs, implements, and evaluates learning support and retention initiatives.
• Develops and facilitates workshops for Pre-Health Professions Institute participants.
• Collaborates with faculty and staff to identify at-risk students and coordinate interventions.
• Teaches courses within the Pre-Health Professional Development curriculum.
• Assists with committee letters of recommendation and student narratives.
• Monitors outcomes, retention, and progression to assess impact of programs.
• Manages budgets and resources for student programming.
• Supports Institute events, recruitment, and campus outreach.
