Responsibilities

• Oversee enrollment goals and monthly/annual targets.
• Assist in development of yearly business plans including enrollment projections and budgets.
• Develop and update marketing strategies to support enrollment goals.
• Train, supervise, and motivate admissions staff to high performance.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, accreditation, and company policies.
• Coordinate new student orientations and public relations activities.
• Interfacing with other college departments for efficient information flow.
• Produce reports forecasting enrollments and analyzing data.
• Recruit, evaluate, and interview candidates for Admissions roles.
• Represent the college with funding agencies and proposals.
