Job summary

Linesight is recruiting an associate director for planning and scheduling in Portland, Oregon. This permanent, full-time role leads the scheduling team and doubles as the key account manager for life sciences and pharmaceutical work, strengthening client relationships and driving business value.

The post holder oversees strategic client projects, applies scheduling expertise to meet contract performance measures, and negotiates terms with clients and contractors.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years of construction planning and scheduling experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead scheduling team and act as key account manager for client relationships and business development.
• Oversee strategic client projects and ensure scheduling delivers against contract performance measures.
• Negotiate contract terms and commercial agreements with clients and contractors.
• Mentor the team and drive quality and client value.
• Travel as required for fly-in/fly-out engagements.
