Job summary

SaniSure is a high-growth manufacturer of single-use products and systems for biologics, with operations in the U.S. and Europe. The Director of Planning & Scheduling will own the Syteline-based planning and drive balance between demand and supply across Sales, Operations, and Quality.

The role oversees master scheduling, inventory targets, and SIOP performance, partnering with executives to optimize production and lead times in a regulated manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in planning/scheduling within manufacturing/operations.
• Hands-on Infor CloudSuite/Syteline scheduling experience is required.
• Strong understanding of demand forecasting, inventory management, and S&OP/SIOP processes.
• Knowledge of lead time management, safety stock calculation, and production scheduling principles.
• Experience in FDA/ISO-regulated environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the monthly SIOP process with cross-functional teams.
• Analyze demand, inventory, and capacity to balance supply and demand.
• Develop and maintain master production schedules aligned with objectives and commitments.
• Monitor SIOP KPIs like forecast accuracy and on-time delivery.
