Linesight is seeking an Associate Director, Planning & Scheduling to lead a senior team and drive delivery across life sciences and related sectors. You will own master schedules, manage client relationships, and negotiate contracts while mentoring staff and ensuring project performance.

This onsite role requires extensive experience in planning/scheduling, proficiency with P6 and PowerBI, and a track record of building strong client partnerships with a focus on quality and value.

Qualifications

  • Must have 10+ years in construction planning/scheduling.
  • Experience owning Master Project Schedules in cradle to grave environments.
  • Strong communication skills in writing and speaking.

Responsibilities

  • Act as key account manager in life sciences/pharmaceutical team, developing client relationships based on partnership and trust.
  • Use business development skills to engage new clients and repeat projects with existing clients.
  • Oversee key strategic client projects.
  • Apply Scheduling experience to achieve all deliverables within contract performance measures.
  • Negotiate contract terms and commercial agreements with external clients and contractors.

Overview

As an Associate Director, Planning & Scheduling at Linesight, you will lead highly experienced, culturally diverse, and passionate teams nurturing a strong social dynamic and a shared sense of achievement. The Opportunity

In this role you will:

  • Act as the key account manager in the life sciences/pharmaceutical team, developing client relationships based upon partnership and trust
  • Use your business development skills to engage new clients as well as repeat projects with existing clients
  • Oversee key strategic client projects.
  • Apply your wealth of Scheduling experience to achieve all project deliverables within contract performance measures
  • Expertly negotiate contract terms and commercial agreements with external clients and contractors
  • Foster top performance and growth for your employees via excellent mentorship and leadership
  • Lead your team to deliver impeccable quality and client value
Requirements
  • Have strong operational management experience in a dynamic environment
  • Have experience working in life sciences/pharmaceutical sectors, Data Center/Mission Critical experience will be considered as well.
  • Have 10+ years' experience in construction planning/scheduling role experience.
  • Have experience owning Master Project Schedules in cradle to grave ownership environments
  • Have experience working with P6 and PowerBI
  • Have confidence to head up meetings with clients
  • Have a degree or comparable experience in a cost management or quantity surveying
  • Are chartered and ideally a member of the RICS
  • Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing
  • Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun
Work Environment

This is a full time onsite role.

Salary

The Salary Range for this role $168,000.00 - $200,000.00 USD but actual salary offered is dependent on experience, education and skillset.

Interviews

All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.
