Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an Associate Director - Scheduling to lead detailed, resource-loaded schedules for major life sciences construction programs. You will coordinate with project teams, develop baselines, and monitor progress against KPIs, ensuring schedules are realistic and aligned with budgets.

The role expects 8+ years in scheduling, strong leadership, and expertise in Primavera P6 or MS Project, with PMP/CCM preferred. On-site presence may be required based on client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or field related to construction.
• Graduate degree in quantity surveying, cost management, construction management, or engineering is preferred.
• 8+ years of relevant scheduling experience.
• 2+ years managing scheduling/project controls teams in a consulting environment.
• Expertise in scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead scheduling services on key client accounts and manage delivery of schedules across multiple projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers and contractors to develop comprehensive project schedules and milestones.
• Establish baselines, track progress against KPIs and present updates to leadership and clients.
• Identify risks in scheduling and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays.
• Mentor and develop a scheduling team to maintain high standards of competency.
