Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; masters preferred.
• 7+ years in pharmaceutical, medical device, or biotech industry.
• 5+ years managing vendors including call centers, copay vendors, consultants, agencies of record and data suppliers.

Responsabilités

• Leads operational oversight of patient/customer services to ensure exceptional customer experience and compliant programs.
• Use data sources and analytical tools to manage programs, vendors, and identify trends.
• Advise on new patient support offerings and enhancements.
• Participate in brand and launch planning as advisor on patient support strategy.
• Engage with external partners and internal departments to ensure compliant service delivery.
• Serve as key patient support contact for brands, field reimbursement, and account managers.
