A healthcare staffing agency is seeking an experienced Specialty Hub Pharmacy Director to lead operations of a nationally recognized specialty infusion pharmacy. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the specialty pharmacy operations, developing scalable processes, and monitoring key performance indicators. The ideal candidate has over 8 years of leadership experience in specialty pharmacy and a strong analytical skill set. The position offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $170k-$190k and a 20% annual bonus incentive.

Daily Responsibilities For Specialty Hub Pharmacy Director

• Provides oversight of specialty pharmacy operations and the Specialty Access Team, ensuring seamless patients onboarding, efficient therapy access, and exceptional service delivery
• Develop and implement scalable processes to support growth and operational efficiency.
• Establish and monitor KPIs related to turnaround times, access success rates, patient satisfaction, and financial performance.

Required Qualifications For Specialty Hub Pharmacy Director

• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in specialty pharmacy, or hub services
• Experience managing national or multi-site operations preferred.
• Track record of driving organizational turnaround or transformational change
• High-performing leader with strong analytical and people management skills
• Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, business growth, and financial operations
