Qualifications

• Requires driver's license with UW risk standards
• 5+ years supervising and developing staff
• 5+ years leading administrative/operational programs
• Experience managing budgets and financial operations

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recommendations to boost employee engagement and workforce effectiveness
• Lead cross-functional projects from planning through implementation using project management best practices
• Manage department initiatives and service contracts with vendor coordination and performance monitoring
• Coordinate parking operations with campus plans, ensuring compliance with laws and university strategies
• Recommend parking initiatives and policy changes to meet campus needs
• Manage budgets to ensure long-term solvency for funded improvements
• Establish timely communications with departments and student groups for coordination
• Develop and communicate a strategic vision aligned with campus direction
• Supervise 2+ FTE employees in staffing, conduct, and hours approvals
