Job summary

Sanofi Cambridge, MA is seeking an Associate Director, PAP to enable operational excellence and lead PAP programs within the Affordability COE. This role will oversee Rare Blood Disorders and Oncology PAP strategies, ensuring effective program operation and alignment with market dynamics to support patient access to therapies.

The position reports to the Director, PAP & Free Goods Programs and requires strategic leadership, program management, and collaboration across functions to deliver value

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in affordability program management, patient support services, or related field within pharma/healthcare.
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams and supervision of programs.

Responsibilities

• Guide PAP Program management including SOPs, rules and processes.
• Manage contracts with external vendors for PAP and Free Goods services.
• Ensure PAP services for new indications are implemented smoothly.
• Monitor Medicare/Medicaid policy changes and adjust processes accordingly.
• Manage patient case escalations and partner with brand PSS teams and vendors.
