Sanofi is seeking an Associate Director for PAP - PSS Affordability COE in Cambridge, MA. You will drive operational excellence for PAP programs, manage contracts with external vendors, and ensure the offering adapts to payer landscape while supporting patient access to therapies.

The role reports to the Director of PAP & Free Goods Programs and requires 5+ years in affordability or related fields, with strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 5+ years of affordability program management or related field in pharma/healthcare.
• Advanced degree (MBA, MFin, MPH) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage PAP program operations and SOPs across the Affordability COE.
• Oversee contracts with external PAP and Free Goods vendors.
• Monitor payer landscape and adjust processes (e.g. LIS, M3P) accordingly.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with PSS Brand Teams and hubs to streamline CRM requests.
