Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required

Responsibilities

• Develops and drives strategy for Case Management across therapies to improve access, adherence, and patient satisfaction.
• Develops key performance metrics to ensure programs meet targets.
• Collaborates with field access and education leaders for a seamless patient experience.
• Recruits, hires, coaches and develops Case Managers.
• Oversees budget planning and staffing to support patient needs and program success.
