Job summary

Sanofi in Cambridge, MA seeks a Director of Case Management to lead Rare Hematology and Oncology case management programs, aligning patient support with access and adherence goals. The role reports to Senior Director of Patient Support Services and shapes strategy, operations, and performance across franchises.

You will recruit and coach managers, develop data strategies, collaborate with Marketing and Field teams, and manage budget while ensuring compliance with privacy and regulatory

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech/specialty pharmacy industry.
• 5+ years previous leadership experience.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Strong analytic and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Develops and drives strategy for the Case Management teams across multiple therapeutic areas to facilitate access and adherence.
• Develops key performance metrics related to patient-centered outcomes and program targets.
• Collaborates with field access and education leaders for seamless patient support.
• Leads future enhancements and continuous improvement of case management processes.
• Recruits, hires, coaches and develops Case Managers.
• Oversees budget planning and staffing for the department.
