Job summary

Merck is seeking an Associate Director, Oncology Key Accounts in the Philadelphia/NJ area. This senior field role partners with large oncology practices and integrated delivery networks to optimize patient outcomes and resource use.

You will manage accounts across Philadelphia and New Jersey, build strategic plans, and influence healthcare decision makers while collaborating with cross-functional teams. A strong clinical and business acumen is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years of sales experience OR a minimum of high school diploma with at least 10 years of equivalent experience.
• Equivalent experience can be professional sales experience, work experience in healthcare/scientific field with oncology experience preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of healthcare/life sciences industry experience in sales/account management or managed care.

Responsibilities

• Lead field-based account management for Philadelphia/NJ geography.
• Engage senior healthcare executives and key opinion leaders.
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams to align with brand strategy and patient outcomes.
• Analyze account data to identify opportunities and drive contract pull-through.
