Responsibilities

• Coordinates retention initiatives and programming in collaboration with campus partners.
• Assists with identifying barriers to student persistence and developing strategies and resource connections.
• Supports development and implementation of retention strategies to improve persistence and completion.
• Uses student data and retention metrics to identify trends and inform retention efforts.
• Provides data and reporting support related to student retention initiatives for campus leadership, faculty, and staff.
• Maintains records and tracking systems for retention outreach, interventions, and referrals.
• Collaborates with faculty, staff, advisors, and campus/community partners to implement retention strategies for diverse student populations.
• Provides targeted outreach to students at risk of stopping out, including veterans, first-generation students, and students navigating appeals, among others.
