Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, public policy, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred in liberal arts or related discipline.
• 5 years in enrollment management, student services, or related field.
• Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides primary intervention to students with academic difficulty.
• Develops retention programs and targeted communications.
• Analyzes enrollment data to measure retention and graduation progress.
• Counsels students on liberal arts education and degree completion.
• Represents the College in retention and student success matters.
