Sunrise Senior Living is seeking an Associate Director of Sales to support the Sales & Marketing team in driving occupancy and revenue, while ensuring a seamless move-in experience for new residents. The role emphasizes prospect management, lead follow-up, and coordination with clinical leadership to ensure readiness.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in sales support or customer service, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and update prospect records in the CRM system
• Support lead follow-up through call-outs, call-ins, and presentations
• Assist in setting and tracking sales goals
• Prepare move-in paperwork and administrative files
• Coordinate resident assessments with clinical leadership
• Facilitate Resident Agreement signings and review move-in packets
• Ensure suites are ready using the Suite Readiness Checklist
• Welcome and orient residents and families on Move-In day
• Support on-site sales and marketing events
• Maintain ongoing communication with prospects and families
