Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking an Associate Director of Sales (ADOS) to support the Sales & Marketing team in driving occupancy and revenue while ensuring a seamless move-in experience for new residents.

The role focuses on maintaining CRM records, following up with leads, coordinating assessments, and supporting events to engage families and prospects. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year sales support or customer service experience.
• Strong phone, presentation, and communication skills.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Detail-oriented and service-focused.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update prospect records in the CRM system.
• Support lead follow-up through call-outs, call-ins, and presentations.
• Assist in setting and tracking sales goals.
• Prepare move-in paperwork and administrative files.
• Coordinate resident assessments with clinical leadership.
• Facilitate Resident Agreement signings and review move-in packets.
• Ensure suites are ready using the Suite Readiness Checklist.
• Welcome and orient residents and families on Move-In day.
• Support on-site sales and marketing events.
• Maintain ongoing communication with prospects and families.
