Job summary

Excelon Associates is assisting a private university client by seeking an Associate Director of Admissions (ADOA) in Tampa, FL. The ADOA oversees the admissions office, drives enrollment production, and promotes campus programs to prospective students to meet goals and service levels.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, mentors staff, and uses contemporary enrollment management systems to achieve performance targets while advancing personal objectives as an ADOA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Two years of supervisory experience.
• Three+ years of experience in admissions or enrollment management; healthcare/nursing education or for-profit settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide input and assessment on recruitment strategies using metrics and trend data.
• Provide direction and management for the admissions staff.
• Ensure enrollment strategies are coherently developed and implemented effectively across the department.
• Align enrollment services priorities with the Admissions Strategic Plan.
• Oversee the management and operations of admissions, enrollment, and orientation services.
• Develop, review, and monitor recruitment and enrollment strategies to meet campus goals.
• Analyze statistics and trends to determine enrollment outcomes.
• Establish measurable goals and collaborate with the Admissions Director on hiring and mentoring.
