Excelon Associates is seeking an Admissions Representative for a private university client in Tampa, FL. This on-site role handles recruiting functions and promotes the school to prospective candidates.

The position supports outreach at events and ensures candidates are informed about programs and options. The role starts with a fall 2026 training class and requires evening and Saturday availability.

Qualifications

• Completed Associate's degree or higher.
• All degrees must be from accredited institutions by US DOE.
• Foreign transcripts may be acceptable with translation and equivalency evaluation.
• Experience in a metrics-driven or customer service environment.
• Ability to thrive as a team player in a fast-paced, high-energy call center.
• Ability to work extended hours including evenings and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Interview prospective students to determine interest in attending the institution.
• Contact prospective students by phone, voicemail, text, and email.
• Use multiple technologies to communicate with prospective students.
• Determine whether prospective students have the desire and qualifications to attend.
• Meet or exceed conversion standards for Admissions.
• Organize and manage assigned leads generated through multiple sources.
• Keep accurate records of calls made, interviews conducted, and enrollments generated.
• Recommend qualified prospective students for admission.
• Accurately complete all paperwork associated with the enrollment process.
• Request, track, and accurately document receipt of high school diplomas and GED transcripts.
• Work with the Registrar to determine whether prospective students meet qualifications to attend.
