Job summary

Sanofi Inc. in Morristown, NJ seeks an Associate Director of Managed Care Operations to lead critical initiatives for regulatory compliance, AI-driven efficiency, and cross‑functional process improvements within Managed Care Operations.

You will drive design for the CMS MFP initiative, implement PBM prefunding workflows, and oversee the transition to the Validata platform while partnering with Treasury, Finance, and Legal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Extensive knowledge of Managed Care.
• 4 years of Model N experience.
• Ability to take ownership of initiatives and drive them to completion
• Strong project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Shape MFP internal process architecture, define business requirements, and manage day-to-day program operations post-launch.
• Design and implement an end-to-end PBM prefunding process with PBMs, coordinating with Treasury, Finance, Account Management, and Operations.
• Drive tactical implementation of AI to enhance operational efficiency, including formulary validation and improving invoice processing workflows.
• Own end-to-end processing and reporting for all four CMS IRA programs while ensuring adherence to deadlines to avoid penalties.
• Serve as primary liaison for transition from legacy ECP to Validata, supporting requirements, testing, and training.
