Job summary

Centerfield is seeking a Senior Manager, Medicare Compliance to lead CMS/DOI regulatory program administration and technology-enabled oversight across MA, Part D, and Medigap sales channels. You will partner with Compliance, Operations, and Tech to embed CMS rules into sales workflows, CRM, and QA platforms while leveraging data analytics and automation to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Information Systems, Compliance, Health Informatics, Project Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in healthcare compliance, Medicare Advantage (Part C & D), regulatory operations, business systems, or technology implementation.
• Strong knowledge of CMS Medicare Marketing Guidelines (MMG), TPMO regulations, telesales compliance, and health plan partner standards.
• Demonstrated experience gathering business/technical requirements, supporting software deployments, and developing dashboards and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage core compliance program administration activities to enhance maturity and scalability of QuoteManage’s compliance framework.
• Direct compliance investigations, CAPs, departmental communications, and regulatory reporting across captive and independent sales channels.
• Maintain expert knowledge of CMS regulations, TPMO rules, SOA mandates, and call recording requirements.
• Develop, maintain, and analyze compliance dashboards, KPIs, and metrics for leadership insights.
• Coordinate end-to-end implementation of federal and state regulatory changes across sales, marketing, and operations.
• Prepare implementation materials, training, and adoption strategies to ensure teams use compliance tech effectively.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Business Operations, Sales, Quality Assurance, and Engineering/Tech teams.
