Job summary

Year Up United seeks an Associate Director of Corporate Engagement – EOI Placement Success to lead placement operations for interns across multiple accounts. You will manage relationships with EOI supervisors, coach interns, ensure timely onboarding, and drive performance improvements in collaboration with program managers.

You will serve as the in‑house expert on successful placements, coordinating data reporting, lifecycle onboarding, and cross‑functional execution to sustain partner

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a corporate or business setting.
• Experience in developing and maintaining relationships toward outcomes.
• Past work with young adults in a learning or professional environment.
• Experience with CRM; Salesforce.com experience strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Ability to plan, lead processes toward decision-making and work independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Commitment to Year Up United's mission and diversity.

Responsibilities

• Serve as relationship manager with EOI supervisors after internship sales have been confirmed for an assigned group of accounts; strive to retain and/or expand account.
• Represent Year Up United with EOIs in the market.
• Coach assigned interns to support performance.
• Provide responsive and high‑quality customer service to groups pursuing KPIs related to renewal and expansion.
• Manage engagement scopes of work in account plans and flag risks.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and intern paperwork; ensure logistics are clear.
