Job summary

EY is seeking an Americas Consulting Communications & Engagement Associate Director to lead internal communications for Talent, Operations and Finance across the US. You will translate business priorities into clear messaging and collaborate with senior leaders to drive alignment and engagement throughout the practice.

Reporting to the Americas Consulting Communications Leader, you will shape strategy, develop materials, governance tools and content, and ensure consistency and impact across

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• Typically 8–10 years of executive/internal communications experience.
• Experience in complex professional services preferred.
• Ability to work with senior leaders and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Translate established strategic priorities into clear, compelling communications tailored to different audiences and leadership levels.
• Develop supporting materials, FAQs, cascade tools and content aligned to broader Consulting strategy.
• Ensure consistency and alignment across communications initiatives.
• Lead communications supporting Talent, Operations and Finance initiatives.
• Monitor engagement and incorporate insights into future content development.
