Job summary

Amgen is seeking an Associate Director, Information Systems to lead a portfolio of pricing and analytics products. You will partner with business leaders, engineering, and product teams to define roadmaps, deliver scalable technology, and drive AI-enabled capabilities across Commercial Operations.

You will guide cross-functional teams, ensure delivery excellence, and align technology with business strategy while advancing Amgen's digital transformation and patient-focused mission.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 3 years of Information Systems experience.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience.
• Experience leading enterprise technology products or platforms supporting analytics, pricing, commercial operations, BI, or AI-enabled capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technology leader for agile teams supporting pricing capabilities; ensure delivery aligns with strategy and priorities.
• Define, own, and execute strategic product roadmap and investment priorities.
• Build partnerships with business and engineering leaders to deliver scalable technology solutions.
• Lead product execution with PI planning, backlog refinement, and release planning.
• Establish and monitor OKRs and delivery performance metrics; drive data-driven decisions.
