Job summary

Ferring is seeking an Associate Director of Incentive Compensation to own the US IC program for field-based sales, account management, and market access teams. The role leads plan design, payouts, and governance, coordinating with Sales, Finance, HR, Legal, and Compliance.

The role reports to leadership, manages vendor resources, and ensures plans are fair, compliant, and easily understood by employees across the field. Location is Parsippany, NJ, with hybrid work expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics or related field.
• 5+ years of direct incentive compensation experience in pharma or life sciences.
• 3+ years of sales analytics or sales operations experience.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; experience with large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IC calculations, validation, and reporting with vendor support.
• Design and update IC plans across brands and lifecycle stages.
• Own IC governance, policies, and escalation procedures.
• Manage annual awards programs and sales contests.
• Provide analytics and reporting on payout accuracy and budgets.
• Lead vendor relationships and offshore delivery teams.
