Qualifications

• Master's degree in college student affairs, higher education administration, or related area.
• 3–5 years of experience with housing and residence life operations.
• Competency with Microsoft Excel, Publisher, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with property management, landlord-tenant laws, and group housing in higher education.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate housing operations for 1,500 beds in traditional residence halls and student housing properties.
• Oversee housing assignments, occupancy management, and room changes.
• Maintain occupancy records, rates, and maintenance records.
• Ensure housing software and related databases are current and accurate.
• Collaborate with conferencing services, facilities, housekeeping, and campus offices.
• Conduct monthly walk-throughs and assist during campus emergencies.
• Partner with Student Accessibility Services to accommodate ADA housing and ESAs.
