Qualifications

• Master's degree in Higher Education Administration, Educational Leadership, Student Personnel or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of progressively responsible professional experience in student affairs or housing/residence life.
• Experience supervising professional and student staff.
• Budget development, fiscal management, and operational planning.
• Ability to advise, mentor, and support a diverse student population.
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends and participate in on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for Housing and Residence Life.
• Supervise recruitment, training, evaluation, and development of staff.
• Oversee residence hall programming and housing policies.
• Manage room selection, housing assignments, and policy enforcement.
• Oversee housing accounts, meal plans, and related records.
• Develop and maintain policies, publications, and communications for residential life.
• Coordinate with campus partners on facilities, safety, and operations.
• Lead budget planning for Housing and Residence Life and related programs.
• Engage in on-call and crisis response for residential life.
