Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in biopharma or healthcare-consulting with IC emphasis.
• 4+ years in IC design/administration within biopharma or healthcare.
• 4+ years in sales planning/analytics and incentive compensation execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales force operations analysis (sizing, alignment, targeting, call planning).
• Design, implement, and manage incentive compensation plans for customer-facing teams.
• Ensure timely and accurate IC reporting and payouts with Finance alignment.
• Provide strategic analytical support to Sales VPs, Directors, and Managers.
