Job summary

RTX seeks an Associate Director, F117 Program CFO for Pratt & Whitney Military Engines Finance in East Hartford. You will own P&L and Balance Sheet, lead forecasts, and drive financial strategy with senior executives, shaping critical program decisions.

The role requires senior finance leadership, cross-functional partnerships, and deep experience in defense contracting and SAP/OneStream reporting. Location is onsite at the East Hartford campus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration with 12+ years of progressi ve experience, or an advanced degree with 10+ years.
• Working knowledge of SAP, business warehouse and OneStream financial reporting.
• Strong attention to detail, quality and accuracy.
• U.S. citizenship is required and ability to obtain/maintain a secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Program Senior Director and IPMT to develop strategic initiatives and drive financial commitments.
• Lead all aspects of program financial management, including P&L, Balance Sheet, forecasts, R&O, and EACs.
• Communicate financial results and risks to program leadership and executives.
• Manage government and commercial business cases, proposals, and contract negotiations.
